Reviews / RYNO
RYNO Strategic Solutions reviews & cost. What to ask before you sign.
The short answer
- RYNO Strategic Solutions reviews: a large home services agency (300+ employees), Google Premier Partner, A+ at the BBB with 1 complaint in 3 years. Merged with Blue Corona in 2024.
- RYNO Strategic Solutions cost: not published. Websites are scoped per company, and you call to get a price.
- The contract: set in a Master Services Agreement that isn't public, so ask about term length, renewal and cancelling.
- Where RYNO wins: you own 100% of your website. Where Vaultio wins: a published $449 a month, no contract, unlimited pages and daily blog posts.
RYNO Strategic Solutions reviews are hard to find in one place. The BBB profile has no customer reviews yet, and RYNO doesn't publish its prices or its contract. So here's what RYNO's own website, terms and announcements say.
Full disclosure: I run Vaultio, a competitor. I'll point out where RYNO is stronger, too.
RYNO Strategic Solutions reviews and complaints
RYNO Strategic Solutions reviews start with a clean record. The BBB rates RYNO A+ (not accredited), with 1 complaint in the last 3 years and no customer reviews (BBB profile). We found no lawsuits or regulatory actions against RYNO or Blue Corona.
Is RYNO a good marketing company?
For bigger contractors, RYNO brings a lot: over 300 full-time employees, Google Premier Partner status since 2016, ServiceTitan Gold Partner status, and RYNOtrax, which tracks every lead from search to sale. It only works with residential contractors in the US and Canada.
Who owns RYNO marketing? The Blue Corona merger
RYNO marketing's parent company is EverService Holdings, per RYNO's own announcement of its merger with Blue Corona (RYNO). The two agencies merged effective October 1, 2024, under the RYNO Strategic Solutions name, which is why you'll see RYNO described as "formerly Blue Corona".
RYNO itself started as Brickyard Marketing in 2008, focused on home services from 2011, and rebranded to RYNO Strategic Solutions in 2013.
RYNO Strategic Solutions cost: what RYNO pricing looks like
RYNO Strategic Solutions cost isn't published, and there's no pricing page. Its website design page says every home services site is scoped to your company's needs: "Please call us to learn more about website costs" (RYNO). For ads, RYNO says it works with you to set a budget that fits your goals.
RYNO's contact form asks for your annual revenue, with options from under $1 million to $20 million-plus.
No sales call needed to get our price: $449 a month, $0 setup, for a website with unlimited pages, SEO and AI search, a daily blog post, your Google profile and a live dashboard.
The RYNO contract: what's public and what isn't
The RYNO contract isn't public. Its terms of service say they apply "in addition to" a Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work (RYNO terms), and neither is published. So the term length, auto-renewal, cancellation notice and any early termination fee for SEO, ads and websites aren't something you can check before a sales call.
What the public terms do say: onsite CSR coaching has a 12-month minimum, and if you leave call tracking, RYNO ports your numbers to a provider of your choice at your expense.
The questions RYNO itself says to ask
RYNO's own SEO page lists good questions to ask any agency, including "Am I locked into a long-term contract?" and "What's the process if I cancel?" Ask RYNO those on your call. Here are our answers:
- Locked into a contract? No. First and last month up front, then leave any month.
- What's the price? $449 a month, $0 setup. It's on our homepage.
- What do I keep if I leave? Your domain, Google Business Profile and reviews.
Who owns your website: where RYNO wins
RYNO's website ownership policy is genuinely good. Its site says you own your website outright, 100%, including the content, images and code, and you can take it with you if you're unhappy. RYNO builds every site on WordPress.
Ours works differently, and we'd rather you hear it here: Vaultio sites run on our platform, so the site stops if you cancel. In exchange there's no build fee, unlimited pages and a flat $449. Your domain, Google profile and reviews stay yours either way.
