7 Figure Local reviews & pricing: what “from $497” really means. And the $449 flat alternative.

- Their site says no long-term contracts and a 90-day guarantee. Their terms add an initial term, 30 days' notice to cancel, and guarantee conditions.
- Vaultio is a flat $449 a month with $0 setup: unlimited pages and keywords, full SEO and AI search, daily blog posts and a live dashboard.
- Built only for home service contractors, with a published guarantee: Top 3 on Google in 3 months, or we work free.
If you're reading 7 Figure Local reviews, you've seen the pitch: rank #1 on Google, Google Maps and AI search, with plans starting at $497 a month. It's a strong offer on paper. The question is what "starting at" means, and what's in the fine print.
Full disclosure: I run Vaultio, a competitor. So instead of opinions, here's what their own website and terms say, side by side with ours.
7 Figure Local reviews: what they do well
7 Figure Local is a real company, part of the 7Figures group, and they say they've served 5,000+ businesses. Their package covers the right things: website, SEO, AI search and Google Business Profile. That's worth saying.
Where it gets less clear is price and terms. The details aren't on the sales page. They're in the terms of service, which most people never read. So we read them for you.
What 7 Figure Local includes
They sell one bundle, the "Local Dominance Package," made of four parts:
- Website optimization & re-design
- SEO: keyword research, on-page work, local content, backlinks & citations
- GEO for AI search: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews
- Google Business Profile build-out & optimization
They work with many kinds of local businesses, including law firms, dental offices and med spas, not only contractors. Their site doesn't say how many pages or keywords you get, and doesn't mention a client dashboard or automated lead follow-up.
7 Figure Local pricing: what “from $497” means
Their homepage says plans "start as low as $497/month" and that "every plan is custom-built around your business, market, and goals." There's no price list, so you find out your real price on a call.
Their terms of service add three things to know: "Fees are generally divided into service fees and setup fees" (setup amounts aren't published), a $297 a month maintenance fee if a campaign is paused for more than 30 days, and a reactivation fee equal to your month-one fee if service is suspended for more than 30 days.

Contracts, guarantees and the fine print
Their homepage says: "We do not lock clients into long-term contracts... you can pause or stop at any time." Their terms describe an initial term set in your order form, after which services continue month to month. To cancel, the terms require 30 days' notice, and say you're "not entitled to any refunds of amounts already paid."
Their homepage also mentions a "90-Day Guarantee." Their terms say they make no guarantees about performance unless one is clearly stated in your order form, and that it's void unless you meet conditions such as having at least 20 appointment slots available per week and running the campaign for a full 30 days.
Before you sign with any marketing company, ask:
- What's my exact monthly price, and is there a setup fee?
- How long is the initial term, and how do I cancel?
- Is the guarantee in writing, and what are the conditions?
