Privacy policy
Last updated October 30, 2026
This policy explains what information Vaultio collects on vaultio.co and through our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Vaultio builds and runs websites, SEO, AI search, Google Business Profile and ads for home service businesses, directly and through partner agencies. Questions about this policy go to team@vaultio.co.
What we collect
- What you send us through our forms and chat: your name, email, phone number, business details and your message.
- When you book a call: the details you enter in our scheduling tool, Calendly.
- When you become a client: the business information, branding and content you give us in onboarding, and any account access or login details you choose to share so we can set up and run your services.
- Partner agencies: agency and contact details, and the record of the signed partner agreement (the typed name, time, IP address and browser). Cards are entered into Square's secure form; we never see the full card number, only its brand and last four digits.
- Sign in with Google: your name and email address from Google, only to sign you in to your partner account.
- Automatically: pages visited, device, browser and approximate location, through Google Analytics and our hosting provider's logs.
How we use it
- To answer you, book calls and send you proposals.
- To build and run the services you've paid for, including sending new-lead emails.
- To bill you and keep records of payments and agreements, including for any payment dispute.
- To keep the site secure and improve it.
We don't sell your personal information. Data we receive from Google through Sign in with Google is used only to sign you in, and isn't shared or used for anything else.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run parts of our service for us: Google (Analytics, Sign in with Google, and Google Workspace, where onboarding details are stored), Square (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Web3Forms and FormSubmit (delivering form messages to our inbox) and Vercel (hosting). They may only use it to provide their service to us.
We'll also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights in a dispute, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
Your customers' information
When we run a client's website, the details their customers submit (for example in a quote request) are delivered to that client. We handle that information on the client's behalf and only to provide the service.
Cookies and browser storage
Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits. Partner agencies get a secure sign-in cookie that keeps them signed in for up to 30 days. We also save some things in your own browser, such as a draft of a long form, so you don't lose them. You can block or clear cookies and site data in your browser's settings; some features may then not remember you.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to provide our services, and after that as long as needed for accounting, legal or dispute purposes. Payment and agreement records are kept for at least as long as a payment can be disputed.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing team@vaultio.co. Depending on where you live, you may have other privacy rights; we'll respond as the law requires. We may keep what we must for legal, billing or dispute reasons.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit who on our team can access client information. No system is perfectly secure, so please share only what's needed.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
